Almond Pulp Chocolate Chip Oat Bars (from the Vegan 8).

Okay, so now that I'm done bragging I wanted to share this cookie bar recipe I tweaked to use almond pulp from making almond milk.  If anyone doesn't make there own almond milk yet, do it!  It's ridiculously easy, it's cheaper and there is no chemicals or preservatives in it.  And no waste to boot!

Zero Waste Living (for a Newbie).

With this giant shift in my lifestyle recently (i.e. full time indie entrepreneur), I have tried to do a deep dive into what I want my life to look like.  I realized how much I want to make my life a reflection of my beliefs.  I want to transition my life to a more sustainable and environmentally conscious one.  The two beliefs I want double down on are living a plant based lifestyle and drastically reducing the amount of trash that I create.
